The seminar aimed to reinforce the media roleon the importance of understanding the State Budget with human rights approach and was conducted in Arabic and English. It had also addressed the required skills to understand the role of media and society in budget scrutiny from the HR perspective, ensuring HR discourse is gradually integrated in the national budget debates.
